Q: How does a team event with Exitmania work?

We offer three formats: Standard, Modified, and Custom. All events can be run with remote support or an on-site game master. Some games are instantly bookable, others require a few days’ notice. This way, we meet the needs of last-minute planners, cost savers, and customization fans.

Our games are highly scalable: With remote support we have already hosted more than 35,000 players. With on-site support, events can accommodate up to 250 participants. From small teams to large-scale events – we tailor the experience to your group size.

Q: How much does a team event cost?

Our USP: top quality at the best price. Basic packages start at €6 per person (net). All-inclusive packages are around €35 per person (e.g. for 50 participants). We streamline and automate many processes and pass the savings directly on to our clients.

Q: What happens in case of bad weather?

Our outdoor games are designed for flexibility: Standard playtime is 2 hours, but with a 6-hour countdown – plenty of room for rain breaks. In case of heavy weather, you will receive an indoor backup game that works perfectly in a room setting. Your event is always secured.

Q: What is the indoor version?

We offer two options: A standalone bad-weather game, ready to play anytime, and our popular Blackbox Exit Games, where teams must unlock a large box to complete the mission. Already played by over 350,000 participants and suitable for up to 250 players at the same time. Note: Blackbox events are only available with on-site support.
